MERIT-BASED SCHOLARSHIP

Applicant Qualifications:

◉ Must have at least a 3.5 GPA (high school or college)
◉ Must be high school graduate
◉ Must be a legal resident or citizen of the USA or Canada
◉ Parent must be Life Time Member of SLKPS
◉ Must be accepted into a baccalaureate degree program at an accredited college or
◉ university in the USA for the 2020 fall term beginning immediately after graduation
◉ Must be full time student in the college program

Application Requirements:

Please submit the below listed documents along with the scholarship application. Completed application and all the requested documents are mandatory. Application must be postmarked or emailed no later than August 31, 20 If this application is incomplete, inaccurate, or not signed, it will not be considered. Late
applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.

samaj has influenced this decision.
